My Favorite Cookie Receipe: Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Chip Studded Oatmeal Cookies
1 Cup butter, room tempature
1 Cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2-1/2 cups quicking cooking oats
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside for later.
Beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vannilla; beat well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips & peanut butter chips.
Drop by medium cookie scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 min's or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 min and move to wire rack.
